Key Responsibilities
* Drive compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and legal standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Conduct internal audits to identify and address non-compliance issues in factories, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
* Champion a safe and healthy work environment, overseeing the efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environmental protocols.
* Design and deliver compliance training programs for staff and workers, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including registers and reports, to meet buyer requirements.
* Architect and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in response to audit findings, ensuring timely and effective remediation.
* Lead the preparation and execution of audits, including Nirapon, RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other buyer-specific assessments.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing best practices and driving excellence in compliance and social responsibility.
* Manage and facilitate COC audits for prominent buyers, such as Walmart, Target, Aldi, Carrefour, and Deichmann, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
* Coordinate and host first- and third-party social and security compliance audits, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
* Ensure rigorous adherence to labor standards, including the prevention of child labor, discrimination, and wage exploitation, during recruitment and payment processes.
* Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business objectives and compliance excellence.

- Fire Safety & Prevention Rules

- Manage the team proactively as a key team player
- Effective communication skills internally & externally
