Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with 5-star hotel and premium golf club standards, fostering a culture of service excellence across all departments. * Architect and deliver a range of training programs, including luxury guest service, customer experience management, and cultural sensitivity, to enhance employee capability and organizational performance. * Lead training needs analysis and create annual training calendars, budgets, and learning roadmaps that cater to the diverse needs of golf operations, F&B, housekeeping, front office, security, and support staff. * Design and facilitate role-specific training for golf course staff, caddies, clubhouse teams, F&B, and facility management staff, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and international hospitality standards. * Manage the delivery of classroom, on-the-job, and practical training sessions, leveraging modern learning methods such as workshops, simulations, coaching, and mentoring to drive employee engagement and skill development. * Collaborate with department heads to identify operational efficiency gaps and develop targeted training solutions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service quality. * Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including skill assessments and development plans, to support the growth and development of high-potential employees and future leaders. * Mentor supervisors and managers on people development and coaching skills, empowering them to drive a culture of continuous learning and service excellence within their teams. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and KPI improvements, maintaining accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation to inform data-driven decisions. * Foster a culture of compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, health & safety, and service quality standards, while promoting a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and service excellence across the organization.

  • Strong communication skills (English required; Bangla preferred)
