• Spearhead technical support initiatives, delivering prompt and effective solutions to hardware and software issues across workstations. • Architect and manage robust LAN and WAN networks, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity. • Drive email account configuration and management, leveraging Outlook to facilitate secure and efficient communication channels. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive security systems, including IP surveillance, Time Attendance, and Endpoint Security. • Lead the management and troubleshooting of PABX and IP phone systems, guaranteeing uninterrupted internal and external communication. • Perform proactive maintenance on servers, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices to optimize hardware performance. • Champion system updates, ensuring all operating systems and software applications are current and protected against emerging security threats.
