* Lead medical consultations for outpatients in the Mother and Child Unit, driving comprehensive care through case reviews, investigations, and treatment plans. * Deliver high-quality inpatient services, including prompt examinations and cross-consultations with other physicians in emergency situations. * Conduct regular ward rounds, focusing on complex and critical gynecology and obstetrics cases to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Manage and supervise on-duty staff, providing guidance on patient care and attendance to ensure seamless inpatient services. * Architect patient discharge plans, providing clear written instructions and prescriptions to ensure continuity of care. * Maintain meticulous case records, documenting all procedures and treatments to ensure data-driven decision making. * Perform a range of gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures, maintaining accurate records and adhering to best practices. * Drive safe and successful normal deliveries, collaborating with senior nurses and midwifery staff to ensure exceptional patient care. * Provide empathetic counseling and explanations to patients and their relatives in critical situations, ensuring informed decision making. * Develop and deliver training programs for nurses and staff, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning and professional growth. * Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the hospital's mission and goals.
