Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by meeting deposit and CMSME loan targets through strategic planning and execution. * Architect cross-functional sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and expand customer relationships. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet PFIL's service standards, fostering loyalty and retention. * Conduct market research to identify untapped business opportunities in deposits and CMSME loans, informing sales strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with deposit and CMSME clients, tailoring products to their unique needs and preferences. * Lead credit assessments for potential CMSME borrowers, ensuring thorough evaluation and processing of loan applications. * Manage a portfolio of deposit and CMSME customers, providing personalized support and ensuring seamless service delivery. * Achieve individual sales and collection targets, including deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and repayment goals. * Ensure adherence to NBFI policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements, maintaining high service quality and compliance standards. * Engage in extensive fieldwork, traveling to client locations across Bangladesh to build relationships, resolve issues, and drive business growth.

  • Masters
