Medical Officer

* Lead patient care by conducting thorough medical examinations, reviewing case histories, and prescribing treatments for outdoor patients. * Architect and maintain accurate disease profiles for all outdoor patients to inform treatment decisions. * Drive effective referrals by directing patients to appropriate departments for investigations and to consultants for complex diagnoses. * Collaborate with consultants to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring seamless care transitions for patients. * Manage patient admissions, developing initial orders in consultation with consultants to ensure timely and effective care. * Conduct regular ward rounds, assisting consultants in preparing case sheets and providing expert care to patients in General and MCU wards. * Develop and implement discharge plans, drafting certificates in the prescribed format to ensure continuity of care. * Oversee post-operative care and conservative treatment for patients in the absence of consultants, ensuring follow-up and support. * Deliver community-focused care by attending general camps at pre-selected sites, promoting health education and awareness. * Educate and mentor CSS Nursing Institute students through interactive sessions, preparing educational materials and assessing student performance. * Embrace a flexible approach to work, adapting to emerging needs and priorities, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the hospital's mission.
