• Spearhead the optimization of knitting, dyeing, AOP, and finishing machinery through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. • Drive the peak performance of utilities, including boilers, compressors, pumps, blowers, and chillers, to ensure seamless operations. • Architect and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and utilities, to ensure cohesive machine operations and workflow. • Manage and maintain accurate documentation and daily maintenance logs to inform data-driven decisions. • Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. • Analyze energy consumption patterns and develop strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
