Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead dealer acquisition and nurture existing relationships through consistent follow-ups.
* Drive sales growth by meeting annual business plan targets and consistently exceeding expectations.
* Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure high-quality sales and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
* Innovate and identify new business opportunities and ideas that align with company objectives and fuel growth.
* Deliver actionable market intelligence reports to inform business and strategic planning decisions.
* Provide timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, as required.
* Serve as a key liaison between the company and its target markets, promoting products and driving business expansion into new areas.
