Key Responsibilities

* Drive monthly sales performance by crafting and executing strategic action plans that meet territory targets. * Prospect and architect new bulk rice sales opportunities to expand the customer base. * Foster and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key bulk buyers to ensure loyalty and retention. * Lead pricing and contract negotiations with clients, balancing competitiveness with profitable sales margins. * Spearhead customer acquisition and retention initiatives to propel sales growth and market expansion. * Manage and analyze sales performance, providing regular, data-driven reports to the Regional Sales Manager to inform business decisions.
