Jr. Executive

* Spearhead import and export documentation, including preparation and processing of Letters of Credit, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, while ensuring compliance with EPZ customs regulations. * Architect and manage Back-to-Back Letters of Credit, coordinating with banks for document negotiation and payment, and monitoring shipment deadlines and L/C validity. * Drive customs and bond management, liaising with the Customs Bond Authority, maintaining bond registers, and ensuring proper utilization, as well as handling duty-free raw material imports under EPZ rules. * Coordinate shipments, communicating with freight forwarders and shipping lines, booking air and sea shipments, and tracking shipment status to ensure timely delivery. * Ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining audit-ready documents, and handling inspections as required, while adhering to BEZA/EPZ policies. * Foster supplier and buyer relationships, coordinating with suppliers for raw materials and communicating with buyers regarding shipment schedules and documents. * Analyze and optimize import and export costs, calculating import/export costing, and monitoring freight, duty, and other logistics expenses. * Manage and maintain commercial files and databases, preparing reports for management on shipment status, L/C status, and other key performance indicators.
