Head of Quality Control & Assurance-Lingerie Garments

* Architect and drive comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire production lifecycle, ensuring alignment with international quality standards. * Drive compliance with buyer technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks, guaranteeing all garments meet stringent standards. * Spearhead technical reviews of pre-production samples, providing expert feedback on fabric, trim, and construction to inform design and production decisions. * Oversee quality audits, leveraging statistical process control (AQL) to minimize defects, reduce rework rates, and maintain optimal Defect Hit Rate (DHR) levels. * Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, driving a proactive approach to quality issue resolution and prevention. * Champion proactive quality control, inspecting raw materials and components to prevent defects and ensure seamless production. * Foster a high-performing quality team through targeted training, development, and supervision, empowering inspectors, supervisors, and auditors to excel. * Serve as the primary liaison for buyer quality inspectors and third-party auditors, ensuring seamless communication and compliance. * Develop and maintain robust quality reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights to management through regular reports and analytics. * Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks in production, implementing preventive measures to safeguard quality and timely shipment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, planning, and technical, to drive a culture of quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
