Key Responsibilities

* Drive strategic people initiatives and operational efficiency as the HR and Administration lead for the spinning mill, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives. * Architect workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies, developing manpower plans and staffing budgets that meet production needs and support business growth. * Design and deliver innovative recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs that reduce turnover and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. * Manage performance management systems, identifying training needs and delivering targeted development initiatives to enhance capability, productivity, and employee engagement. * Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of motivation, welfare, and growth. * Develop and maintain accurate HR metrics, reports, and factory organograms, providing insights that inform senior management decisions and drive business outcomes. * Oversee factory administration, ensuring the effective management of stores, transport, security, and other support functions that protect people, property, and assets. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and community leaders to secure necessary permits, licenses, and certifications. * Provide personalized support to expatriate staff, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization and compliance with company policies. * Lead, mentor, and coach the HR and administration team, promoting cross-functional collaboration, performance excellence, and alignment with operational targets. * Ensure compliance with buyer codes of conduct, managing social and compliance audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain certifications such as BSCI, Sedex, and OEKO-TEX.

At least 12 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Experience in Garments, Textile, Spinning business area(s)
