Key Responsibilities
* সংবাদ সম্পাদনা ও প্রকাশের জন্য রিপোর্টার/সংবাদদাতাদের পাঠানো সংবাদ কার্যকরভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
* সংবাদ শিরোনাম, উপশিরোনাম ও কপি তৈরি করা যা আকর্ষণীয় এবং নির্ভুল।
* ইংরেজি থেকে বাংলায় সঠিক অনুবাদ প্রদান করা।
* তথ্য যাচাই করে সংবাদের নির্ভুলতা নিশ্চিত করা।
* ব্রেকিং নিউজ দ্রুত এবং দায়িত্বশীলভাবে প্রকাশ করা।
* অনলাইন ডেস্কে সংবাদ আপলোড, আপডেট এবং কনটেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা।
* SEO-বান্ধব শিরোনাম ও কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা যা অনলাইন দর্শকদের আকর্ষণ করে।
* সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার জন্য উপযোগী কনটেন্ট তৈরি করতে সহযোগিতা করা।
* নিউজরুমের গাইডলাইন ও এডিটরিয়াল পলিসি অনুসরণ করা এবং মেনে চলা।
* প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নাইট/শিফট ডিউটিতে কাজ করা এবং দলের সাথে সহযোগিতা করা।

Education
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree from any subject from a public university or an established private university
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience
- Experience in established print media or online news portal is preferred
- Proficiency in Bengali language, spelling and grammar
- Proficiency in typing and news handling
- Basic concept of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Proficiency in using CMS (Content Management System)
- Proficiency in news selection and editorial judgment
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure
- Teamwork mentality
- Proficiency in handling breaking news
- Updated with digital media trends
- Concept of video/multimedia content is preferred
- Fluent communication skills in Bengali and English
