* Spearhead the creation of buyer-centric graphics, driving the development of high-quality designs that bring garments to life * Architect end-to-end graphics solutions, from concept to final approval, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery * Design and develop seasonal collections, fast-fashion graphics, and production-ready artworks that meet buyer requirements and exceed expectations * Drive commercial accuracy and speed across woven categories, including Ladies Tops, Men's Tops/Bottoms, and Blazers * Translate buyer tech packs into actionable design briefs, ensuring accurate interpretation and effective execution * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of buyer branding guidelines, print techniques, and production feasibility to inform design decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sample, CAD, and Production, to ensure flawless execution and alignment * Manage artwork revisions, feedback, and approvals, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure * Organize and maintain comprehensive artwork libraries, buyer folders, and digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval * Stay at the forefront of international fashion trends, including streetwear, womenswear, menswear, and tailored graphics, to inspire innovative design solutions * Lead the development of world-class fashion graphics that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty
