Assistant/Deputy Manager- Internal Audit (Gazipur)

* Lead internal audits within the Textile unit, focusing on seamless and washing processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. * Drive process loss analysis and periodic reconciliation to identify areas for improvement in seamless and washing processes. * Architect and execute payroll audits, covering knitting, seamless, and garments dyeing, to verify accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. * Manage verification of financial records, including purchase and service records, to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational policies. * Conduct physical verification of materials upon receipt, using a sample-based approach, to ensure accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures. * Analyze and assess overall internal control, identifying weaknesses and implementing control points to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency. * Develop and implement corrective actions to address internal control weaknesses and ensure compliance with organizational standards. * Collaborate with the head of IAD to prioritize and execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.
