Executive/ Sr. Executive - Industrial Engineering

* Architect efficient factory layouts, leveraging Industrial Engineering methods and tools to optimize equipment, material, and workspace utilization. * Drive productivity enhancements through time and motion studies, calculating Standard Minute Values (SMV) for diverse garment styles. * Streamline production lines by performing line balancing, eliminating bottlenecks, and developing optimized layouts. * Determine manpower requirements based on SMV and production targets, ensuring seamless workflow and resource allocation. * Monitor and analyze hourly and daily production performance, tracking line efficiency and identifying areas for improvement. * Identify and address productivity gaps by implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the production team, driving continuous improvement. * Conduct thorough style analysis and feasibility studies prior to bulk production, informing production planning and strategy. * Contribute to pre-production meetings, providing expert Industrial Engineering inputs to shape production planning and execution. * Champion the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
