Assistant Product Manager

* Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with Sales teams to optimize promotional materials and maximize their impact. * Establish and communicate ambitious sales targets to Area Managers, driving performance and growth within the distributor network. * Lead the analysis of product and sales performance, ensuring timely delivery and informed decision-making. * Architect and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, leveraging strong relationships with Area Managers. * Provide proactive product and stock support to enable seamless operations and target attainment. * Drive dual focus on sales and collection targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Develop and analyze comprehensive reports, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual insights, to inform business decisions. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark offerings and identify opportunities for growth. * Uncover customer needs and challenges, translating them into actionable insights that inform product development and sales strategies. * Foster alignment with Unit Heads to ensure company policies and objectives are executed effectively. * Serve as a subject matter expert for product-related inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. * Monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback through structured research, identifying areas for improvement. * Continuously assess and enhance product performance, contributing to the development of innovative features and products that meet evolving market demands.
