Key Responsibilities
* Drive the organization's people strategy by architecting a robust, scalable talent ecosystem that fuels growth and excellence.
* Foster a high-performing talent pool by implementing modern HR practices, performance systems, and leadership development initiatives that enhance organizational capability.
* Lead the development and execution of strategic recruitment frameworks to attract top talent across key functions, including software engineering, product development, cloud, data, and AI.
* Collaborate with technology leaders to forecast hiring needs and build employer branding initiatives that position the organization as a preferred employer in the technology industry.
* Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values, and leads to enhanced employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive agile and results-driven work environments, and support managers with performance reviews, feedback processes, and development planning.
* Develop and implement leadership development programs that strengthen management capability and build future leadership pipelines.
* Identify organizational skill gaps and create targeted learning programs, including technical upskilling, certifications, and leadership training, to enhance employee capabilities and drive business growth.
* Partner with internal experts and external training partners to deliver impactful development initiatives and design career progression frameworks for key functions, including engineering and product development.
* Manage and optimize people processes to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a strong employer brand, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the technology industry.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- At least 12 years and a minimum of 3 years in a leading role is preferred
