Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to drive property sales growth and exceed targets.
• Prospect and cultivate high-potential leads, identifying key buyers for land, flats, and real estate projects through strategic networking and outreach.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and property agents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Orchestrate client meetings, property presentations, and site visits, delivering personalized experiences that meet unique needs and preferences.
• Champion company real estate projects through targeted direct sales and marketing initiatives, showcasing their value and benefits.
• Manage and analyze customer databases, generating insightful sales reports that inform future strategies and optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, property promotions, and project launches, amplifying brand visibility and reach.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable intelligence to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.
• Deliver consistent sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets set by management and driving business growth.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management
