* Drive equipment uptime and efficiency by architecting and executing comprehensive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and optimize production workflows. * Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production machinery, ensuring seamless process control and optimal performance of key components. * Manage and optimize utility systems, including energy usage and efficiency, to ensure reliable and cost-effective operations. * Spearhead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to rapidly resolve issues and maintain production continuity. * Ensure mold and tool room readiness by supervising maintenance activities and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime. * Develop and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of maintenance activities, including breakdowns and spare parts usage. * Implement effective spare parts inventory management, balancing availability and cost control to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation. * Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and housekeeping excellence, conducting regular audits and enforcing adherence to regulatory standards. * Lead, develop, and manage high-performing maintenance teams, fostering a preventive maintenance mindset and optimizing manpower utilization to drive business results.
