Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth in modern trade channels, consistently meeting monthly and annual targets
• Foster strategic partnerships with key retail chains, including supermarkets and wholesale markets, to expand business opportunities
• Spearhead new product listings and channel expansion initiatives, identifying untapped opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and store managers
• Negotiate and secure favorable pricing, promotions, and display agreements that drive business results
• Ensure optimal product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability across all retail channels
• Monitor and manage stock levels, tracking inventory at stores and warehouses to minimize stockouts and overstocking
• Develop and deliver data-driven sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform business decisions
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, including sell-in, sell-out, and return on promotion, to optimize sales strategies
• Manage commercial agreements, trade terms, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Resolve claims, deductions, and reconciliation issues with accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
