Management Trainee- Fabric R & D

* Drive fabric analysis and sourcing initiatives to ensure high-quality materials across various suppliers. * Architect and implement quality control processes to guarantee consistency in fabric color, strength, durability, and performance. * Collaborate with merchandisers to address fabric-related issues, making informed decisions after thorough consultation. * Lead quality evaluations of materials and finished products, assessing factors such as color fastness, water resistance, and chemical resistance. * Manage color consistency across product lines, ensuring brand standards are met. * Develop expertise in working with diverse fibers, including cotton, viscose, modal, polyester, linen, Tencel, and blended materials. * Foster strong relationships with buyers, providing technical support and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of fabric testing, quality control, and product development using computerized systems. * Uphold confidentiality and adhere to best practices in label management, protecting company interests and intellectual property. * Stay adaptable, embracing changes to responsibilities and taking on additional tasks as assigned by management to drive business growth and excellence.
