Key Responsibilities
* Drive exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, in a timely and professional manner.
* Lead complaint resolution efforts, investigating and addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date on company offerings, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and informative support to customers.
* Manage order-related inquiries, including placement, tracking, modification, and cancellation, while providing clear guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
* Capture valuable customer feedback and insights to inform product, service, and process improvements.
* Maintain accurate and secure customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints, following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, enhancing the customer experience and adding value to their purchase.
* Ensure prompt follow-up on pending customer inquiries and requests, guaranteeing timely resolution and issue closure.
* Collaborate with the brand team to participate in events and activations, engaging with customers and fostering brand loyalty.
