Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead IT operations, driving the management of system infrastructure, ERP Oracle EBS, and other applications to achieve seamless business functionality. * Architect technical solutions and frameworks that align with business objectives, analyzing IT requirements to inform strategic decision-making. * Foster vendor relationships, coordinating IT projects, ERP implementations, and procurements to ensure efficient project delivery. * Develop and enforce robust security policies and procedures, safeguarding the company's digital assets and information. * Design and implement IT policies and operational processes that support the company's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Lead the IT team, providing technical guidance, evaluating performance, and driving professional growth. * Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance to minimize risks and optimize resource utilization. * Drive the re-engineering of IT operations to achieve quick and effective issue resolution, enhancing support for business operations. * Oversee the management of firewalls, routers, switches, IP PABX, and MS Email Solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems. * Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenditure based on CapEx and OpEx, and ensuring cost-effective IT operations. * Drive UI/UX design, software architecture, and functionality design, ensuring the development of user-centric and efficient solutions. * Manage remote software development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery. * Oversee cloud server management, email server management, and the administration of ERP, CRM, and digital systems. * Monitor and report on IT expenses, procurement needs, and vendor performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Provide regular updates on data security, backups, and compliance checks, escalating critical issues to minimize risks. * Conduct weekly and monthly IT performance follow-ups, tracking system uptime, network status, ERP usage, and security updates. * Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and upgrades, driving efficiency and reducing costs to enhance business competitiveness. * Maintain transparency on how IT supports sales, digital marketing, and business operations, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. * Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects, driving business growth and revenue. * Design and implement geo-targeted campaigns, focusing on high-potential locations and buyer demographics to maximize ROI. * Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal campaign performance. * Plan and manage annual and quarterly digital marketing budgets, aligning with business objectives and maximizing ROI. * Create and optimize paid campaigns on social media, search engines, and property portals, driving quality lead generation and conversion. * Develop retargeting strategies to nurture prospects, collaborating with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals. * Lead the development of lead generation and campaign management strategies, driving business growth and revenue. * Oversee the creation of engaging content, including website property listings, brochures, virtual tours, video ads, and blog publishing. * Develop storytelling content highlighting project features, lifestyle benefits, and investment potential, ensuring brand identity and project positioning. * Collaborate with the media team to develop video content, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives. * Manage company websites, ensuring SEO-friendliness, mobile responsiveness, and strong call-to-actions to drive user engagement and conversion. * Create dedicated landing pages for new projects, ensuring effective inquiry forms and follow-up processes. * Manage and grow the company's social media presence, planning regular posting schedules and responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews. * Develop and execute social media strategies, driving engagement, trust, and business growth. * Analyze website data, tracking user behavior, and informing digital marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
