Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead HR operations, driving strategic alignment and process excellence across all functions * Foster collaborative relationships with the NGO Affairs Bureau to secure project approvals and ensure regulatory compliance * Lead and mentor staff, providing expert guidance on administrative best practices and policy adherence * Champion employee relations, serving as a key liaison and communicator to promote a positive and inclusive work environment * Drive compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments * Address and resolve employee grievances, enforcing disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain a fair and respectful workplace * Architect and implement organizational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness * Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents, ensuring seamless access and retrieval * Design and implement administrative processes and systems, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance productivity and performance * Conduct thorough due diligence on local partner NGOs, collaborating with senior management and the Country Director to inform strategic decisions * Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks, developing proactive strategies to protect the organization's interests * Facilitate open and effective internal communication, promoting transparency, collaboration, and alignment across all teams and functions * Empower and support staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to drive growth and success

Requirements

Experience

At least 7 years

Skills

Excellent documentation skill (both Bangla and English)Excellent communication skills with mutual respectFull cooperation and support to colleagues and teamwork spiritUnderstanding of rights-based approach and gender issues in the development contextUnderstanding of safeguarding policy and harassment prevention policy (PSEAH)

Education

  • Master's Degree in management, accounts, or other degrees focusing on human resource development

Additional Requirements

  • More than 3 years' working experience in a manager position
  • Advanced level knowledge in EXCEL
  • Advanced level in Internet Literacy
  • Excellent speaking ability in English
