Senior Engineer (Civil)

* Drive quality assurance by inspecting finishing work to meet project specifications and standards. * Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline finishing activities and meet deadlines. * Lead team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and fostering a culture of accountability. * Proactively identify and resolve finishing work issues to minimize delays and ensure timely project completion. * Develop and deliver progress reports to project managers, providing transparent updates on project status. * Champion on-site safety by enforcing compliance with regulations and standards. * Oversee civil-related works, including contract administration, under the guidance of the project management team. * Architect schedules, monitor progress, and conduct regular checks to ensure works are completed on time. * Manage financial aspects by estimating costs, preparing budgets, and verifying billings. * Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of civil works. * Coordinate e-GP tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to tender opportunities.
