Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the planning, execution, and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems across factories and infrastructure projects, driving technical excellence and strategic growth.
* Oversee the management of factory utilities, including power, water, and HVAC systems, to ensure uninterrupted performance and optimal efficiency.
* Architect and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
* Drive project planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Champion quality and compliance by reviewing designs, technical submittals, and BOQs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Pioneer automation initiatives to enhance utilities, machinery systems, energy efficiency, and process improvement, driving innovation and competitiveness.
* Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements, and lead corrective action closure to maintain a strong compliance posture.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and develop timely recovery plans to ensure seamless execution.
* Foster collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to drive project success.
* Validate contractor and vendor bills to ensure accuracy and adherence to approved plans and progress.
* Implement and enforce electrical safety, LOTO, earthing, machine guarding, and safe work practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
* Govern engineering documentation, AutoCAD updates, reports, and management dashboards to ensure data accuracy and informed decision-making.
* Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team, driving discipline, performance management, and succession planning to ensure sustainable growth and expertise.

Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in RMG factory electro-mechanical systems & utilities management
- Strong hands-on expertise in execution, maintenance, and factory utility operations
- Proven experience in Buyer Audit handling, compliance initiatives & CAP closure
- Strong knowledge of automation, PLC/VFD systems, energy saving projects & process optimization
- Sound understanding of fire safety, electrical standards, and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong leadership capability in managing multi-site engineering teams
- Excellent reporting, documentation & technical decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP & MS Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure with strong ownership mindset
