Manager - Supply Chain & Technical Sourcing

* Spearhead global sourcing and procurement initiatives, driving strategic partnerships with local and international suppliers. * Acquire and procure specialized equipment, including electromechanical, chemical, industrial, and construction machinery, to meet project requirements. * Oversee the procurement of automation systems, industrial machinery, and oil & gas pipeline materials, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Architect and manage commercial processes, including letter of credit, telegraphic transfer, import-export documentation, and customs clearance. * Lead C&F operations, freight forwarding, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. * Foster strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and international manufacturers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. * Drive vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization to ensure best-in-class partnerships. * Ensure timely shipment, logistics coordination, and project delivery support, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed. * Develop and maintain technical expertise in electromechanical systems, automation equipment, industrial instruments, and control systems, among other specialized areas. * Collaborate with government organizations, including the Army and Navy, to drive project success and facilitate strategic partnerships. * Facilitate client and consultant meetings, communication, and technical coordination to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project alignment. * Create and manage technical documentation, proposals, and procurement documents, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
