Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive Electric Vehicle (EV) market expansion in Bangladesh
• Uncover new business opportunities in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas through meticulous market analysis
• Drive market research initiatives to stay ahead of competitors, optimize pricing, and gauge customer demand
• Architect comprehensive business plans and sales forecasts to inform data-driven decision-making
• Establish and manage a robust nationwide network of dealers and distributors to amplify EV presence
• Deliver exceptional sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Forge strong B2B and B2G sales channels with corporate and government entities to propel business growth
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key corporate clients, including logistics, ride-sharing, and delivery companies
• Explore and secure strategic partnerships with financial institutions to offer attractive EMI/lease facilities
• Foster collaborative relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers to stay updated on industry trends
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, such as BRTA and government ministries, to ensure compliance and stay informed about EV-related policies
• Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities for EV charging stations and battery swapping/charging solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and operations, to drive business success
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance dealer and sales staff capabilities
• Provide actionable insights and business updates to management through regular reporting and presentations
• Ensure seamless after-sales support by working closely with service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Experience in the Automotive / EV / Renewable Energy industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and market expansion.
- Experience in dealer/distribution network development preferred.
- Experience working with international suppliers or import business is a plus.
- Strong business development & strategic planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Market analysis and forecasting ability
- Dealer & channel management expertise
- Ability to build corporate and government relationships, Knowledge of the Bangladesh market and customer behavior
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in Bangla and English
