Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business expansion * Architect and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through meticulous planning and performance monitoring * Lead and manage nationwide sales operations, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring seamless collaboration * Cultivate and manage an extensive network of dealers, distributors, and retailers to amplify market reach * Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, above-the-line, below-the-line, and field marketing initiatives * Identify, target, and acquire new customer segments, expanding market coverage in both urban and rural areas * Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients, fleet owners, and institutional buyers to drive revenue growth * Develop and strengthen B2B and B2C sales channels, increasing brand visibility and market presence * Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors, optimize pricing, and meet evolving customer demands * Orchestrate successful product launches, promotional activities, and branding campaigns to captivate target audiences * Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technical, and service teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Oversee advertising, branding, and social media marketing activities to maintain a strong brand image * Monitor and report sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management * Ensure seamless after-sales coordination with service teams to deliver exceptional customer support * Forge strategic partnerships with banks and non-banking financial institutions to offer financing solutions and enhance customer convenience * Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events to promote products and services * Train, mentor, and motivate sales teams and dealers to achieve peak performance and exceed targets

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in Automotive / EV / FMCG / Electronics / Energy sector preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Experience in dealer/distributor management and channel sales
  • Experience in corporate sales (B2B) and retail sales (B2C)
  • Experience in team leadership and sales force management
  • Strong sales strategy and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Marketing planning and brand management expertise, Digital marketing and social media knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in Bangla and English
