Junior Executive / Executive - Inventory Department

* Drive inventory management by maintaining accurate daily stock records and monitoring levels to ensure availability. * Lead physical stock counting and reconciliation efforts, identifying and addressing discrepancies or damages promptly. * Architect and submit comprehensive inventory reports to management, informing data-driven decisions. * Manage documentation of goods received and delivered, ensuring seamless coordination with purchase and sales departments. * Oversee inventory storage and organization, adhering to company policies and procedures for optimal efficiency. * Ensure precise and timely updates of stock entries in the inventory software, reconciling physical stock with software records to resolve any mismatches. * Analyze daily sales data against stock consumption, verifying accuracy and controlling inventory levels effectively. * Develop and implement procedures for recording wastage, expired, or damaged items, maintaining system integrity. * Collaborate with internal audit and management teams to verify stock and support the stock verification process as needed. * Implement and enforce inventory control measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
