* Spearhead production planning and execution, leveraging over 10 years of experience in renowned denim woven factories to drive efficiency and growth. * Architect and implement comprehensive production plans, encompassing cutting, sewing, finishing, and embroidery, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer requirements. * Drive capacity utilization and allocation, ensuring optimal resource deployment and maximizing factory productivity. * Lead cross-functional teams, including wash/finishing, to guarantee on-time delivery and shipment of high-quality products. * Oversee and coordinate all aspects of garment production, from fabric reception to shipment, ensuring strategic monitoring and smooth operations across departments. * Champion the implementation of production ERP software, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. * Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks, implementing process simplifications and improvements to meet customer standards and deadlines. * Develop and manage production methods, time studies, and line balancing to optimize efficiency and achieve daily production targets. * Apply expertise in SMV and efficiency calculation, planning methods, and computing to inform data-driven decisions. * Direct and control day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and production plans. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and waste reduction through effective planning and technology implementation. * Implement modern machinery and technology to reduce manpower and boost productivity. * Establish and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including cutting, finishing, and quality teams, to ensure seamless production and fulfillment of customer orders. * Stay abreast of cutting-edge production engineering technologies and operations, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth. * Develop and execute capacity planning strategies, balancing accuracy, cost reduction, and profitability. * Monitor and control production progress, conducting regular meetings with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure target achievement. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement swift solutions to address production plan deviations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Identify process gaps, review root causes, and redesign processes and SOPs to drive efficiency and excellence. * Develop and implement monitoring and controlling tools for production planning and control (PPC). * Collaborate with management to develop and review production plans, ensuring approval and alignment with business objectives. * Track daily production progress, ensuring projected productivity and output are met, and on-time delivery is achieved. * Develop and implement workflow optimization and automation systems, enhancing production efficiency and reducing waste. * Foster collaboration with quality, production, merchandising, shipping, and other departments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Monitor and control capacity, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets and optimizing resource utilization. * Ensure timely receipt of materials and monitor performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Guarantee on-time completion of PCD, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, driving business success and growth.
