Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead manpower planning by collaborating with departments to identify staffing needs and drive requisition processes.
* Develop and manage recruitment calendars, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution.
* Architect effective recruitment strategies, leveraging channels such as headhunting, social media, and referral programs to attract top talent.
* Lead the interview process, assessing candidate fit and participating in interview boards to ensure best-in-class hiring decisions.
* Drive the onboarding process, generating offer letters, managing documentation, and issuing new joining circulars to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
* Manage employee data, maintaining up-to-date personal files and HRIS records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* Oversee the issuance of employee facilities, including ID cards, name badges, uniforms, and visiting cards, ensuring efficient distribution and reporting.
* Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs, supporting new employees in their transition and setting them up for success.
* Foster a culture of engagement, developing and executing initiatives that promote employee participation and motivation.
* Provide ongoing HR support, maintaining open communication channels with staff, monitoring store groups, and addressing HR-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Coordinate administrative tasks, including subsidized lunch management, official tour arrangements, and HR-related expenses, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
