Key Responsibilities

* Drive customer engagement through effective communication, leveraging the iDesk platform to respond to inquiries and follow-ups, and fostering a seamless customer experience. * Convert leads into sales by crafting persuasive and structured interactions, ensuring a significant impact on revenue growth. * Spearhead customer data management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to inform sales strategies and optimize customer relationships. * Architect and process customer orders, adhering to internal workflows and guidelines to ensure efficiency and precision. * Nurture potential and existing customer relationships through regular follow-ups, maximizing conversion rates and driving business growth. * Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-driven manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach and commitment to performance excellence. * Develop and submit comprehensive performance reports, providing insights into lead status, conversion rates, and sales updates to inform business decisions. * Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure operational discipline and adherence to established processes, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
