Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the Accounts & Finance Department, driving strategic growth and overseeing daily operations to achieve business objectives.
* Architect and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budget creation and management, to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
* Lead the preparation of unit-wise financial statements, analyzing accounting and financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and execute growth strategies, providing training and guidance to low-level managers and staff to enhance performance and productivity.
* Drive business expansion by researching and identifying growth opportunities, advising on investment activities, and developing strategies to minimize financial risk.
* Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities, ensuring the company's financial resources are optimized.
* Collaborate with auditors to maintain rigorous financial monitoring and compliance, and liaise with various departments to align company plans and strategies.
* Provide expert advice to management and stakeholders on financial matters, reporting on key performance indicators and future business implications.
* Design and implement long-term business plans, leveraging financial data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
* Mitigate financial risk by identifying potential threats and developing proactive strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and security.
* Stay abreast of changing financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring the organization remains compliant and avoids legal issues.
* Oversee garments costing, including pre- and post-costing analysis, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
* Embody high ethical standards in all financial transactions, data management, and sensitive information handling, upholding the company's values and reputation.

Experience
At least 10 years
Education
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- FCA/FCMA
