Key Responsibilities
* Architect and execute multi-channel marketing and corporate communication strategies to propel business growth and elevate brand presence in target markets.
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Ministries, Directorates, and Project Directors, to stay informed about upcoming projects and priorities.
* Drive business development by identifying, evaluating, and securing high-value projects through proactive engagement and relationship-building with decision-makers.
* Oversee the tender lifecycle, ensuring compliance, quality documentation, and competitive strategies to maximize win rates and drive revenue growth.
* Negotiate and finalize agreements, including MoUs, NDAs, and commercial contracts, with developers, corporate clients, and strategic partners to drive business expansion.
* Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring high service quality, satisfaction, and continuous engagement to drive repeat business and strategic partnerships.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategies for market expansion and competitive advantage.
* Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing and communications teams, aligning them with organizational objectives and performance targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, in line with company policies and objectives.
* Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth and expansion.
* Facilitate high-level meetings and negotiations between clients and company leadership to drive business deals and partnerships.
* Identify and influence government procurement processes to position the company for success in EOI and RFP evaluations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical and financial proposals that meet stakeholder requirements and drive business success.
* Bridge the gap between government decision-makers and the CEO, arranging and facilitating one-on-one meetings to finalize business deals.
* Monitor market intelligence, tracking competitor strategies and government procurement trends to stay ahead in the bidding process.
* Manage post-submission queries, ensuring all administrative and relational hurdles are cleared to drive business success.
* Lead initiatives to position the company in government and semi-government projects, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior officials and stakeholders.
* Assess project requirements, defining appropriate hardware infrastructure and coordinating with vendors/OEMs to deliver optimal solutions.
* Conduct detailed technical evaluations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing, Marketing
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science
