Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development of monthly action plans in collaboration with Head Office personnel, ensuring timely submission and approval.
* Deliver technical expertise to facilitate planning and implementation of Char Theatre activities, driving progress toward assigned targets.
* Lead training sessions, rehearsals, and script development, while overseeing artist supervision to guarantee high-quality performances.
* Architect and facilitate basic training, workshops, and rehearsals, ensuring seamless execution of theatre-related activities.
* Manage logistics, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, verifying bills and maintaining accurate records.
* Foster continuous improvement by providing on-site support and supervision at theatre shows, guiding staff and artists to enhance performance quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams and supervisors, ensuring regular communication and timely implementation of planned activities.
* Develop and submit comprehensive activity reports, case stories, and other documentation to Head Office in a timely manner.
* Coordinate promotional visits to organizations, introducing Char Theatre activities and fostering partnerships.
* Collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth program implementation, maintaining quality standards and supporting procurement processes.
* Oversee the maintenance and record-keeping of logistics and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and minimizing downtime.
* Conduct regular field visits to verify documents, coordinate with program teams, and monitor theatre play progress.
* Embody a proactive and organized approach, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.
* Utilize proficiency in Bangla and English to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, innovative thinking, and motivation to tackle challenges, with a willingness to travel to any location.
* Leverage computer literacy skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, to support operational efficiency.
* Embed a culture of teamwork, adaptability, and community engagement, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable populations.
