Key Responsibilities

* Drive employee engagement through counseling on company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a productive work environment. * Architect strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover by providing targeted support to referred employees. * Foster a culture of efficiency by coaching underperforming workers and addressing skill gaps. * Lead quality improvement initiatives by counseling employees responsible for inspection failures. * Manage performance issues by counseling sewing operators on alteration and repair responsibilities. * Facilitate group counseling sessions to address general issues and promote teamwork. * Identify and resolve employee grievances related to wages, allowances, benefits, and facilities to ensure a positive work experience. * Develop and implement disciplinary counseling programs to promote a safe and respectful work environment. * Educate employees on safety, health, and hygiene best practices to ensure a secure workplace. * Empower employees with knowledge of their rights, privileges, and employment terms to promote transparency and trust. * Inspire productivity consciousness and quality assurance improvement through targeted counseling and coaching. * Collaborate with HR, Admin, and CSR teams to ensure seamless support services for employees. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions, data, and reports to inform HR strategies. * Provide guidance on employee benefits, including leave, incentives, and legal entitlements to ensure fairness and equity. * Promote employee well-being by supporting participation in sports, games, social, and cultural events. * Offer assistance with accessing medical services, housing, education, canteen facilities, and legal support to enhance employee quality of life. * Ensure meticulous record-keeping and register maintenance to support HR operations and compliance.

Good Communication & interpersonal skillsself-motivatedGood Counseling capabilityProficient in MS Office PackageAbility to work under pressureteam playersound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, 2015 other required laws applicable for factories

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player
  • Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, 2015 other required laws applicable for factories
