Factory Quality Lead (FQL)

* Spearhead quality initiatives with the GIS Process Quality Auditor to ensure seamless execution of the Quality Management System, meeting Gap's requirements. * Collaborate proactively with the PQA to address delivery, quality, and product safety concerns throughout the production lifecycle. * Foster a skilled and capable team of CFIs, dedicated to handling Gap Inc. production, including inspections and quality control. * Develop and empower CFIs and PSOs to optimize their performance, adhering to GIS SOPs and guidelines. * Oversee CFI and PSO activities, providing guidance to resolve production issues efficiently. * Drive the implementation of Corrective Action Plans and Product Safety Root Cause Analysis, ensuring substantial and effective execution. * Lead the preproduction meeting process, addressing callouts and implementing preventive measures to ensure bulk production quality. * Focus on key styles throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. * Manage internal training and QA Knowledge Runway courses, ensuring all quality-related staff receive annual refreshers. * Coordinate testing activities at the factory level, including in-factory testing, laboratory accreditation, and test reporting. * Ensure CFIs and factory colorists pass the Munsell test regularly, maintaining color accuracy and consistency. * Conduct quality reviews, verifying bulk fit, workmanship, and construction meet approved samples, PPS, and GSS requirements.
