Sr. Executive / Executive - (Compliance)

* Spearhead floor register maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. * Foster a culture of emergency preparedness by maintaining a robust team of Fire Fighters, Rescuers, and First Aiders, with a minimum of 6% representation on each floor. * Drive housekeeping excellence on the production floor, collaborating with supervisors to address discrepancies and ensure a safe working environment. * Champion employee health and safety, implementing measures to mitigate risks and promote a culture of well-being. * Oversee electrical safety equipment, reporting any malfunctions to relevant personnel and ensuring seamless operations. * Lead daily compliance activities, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a compliant production environment. * Manage security protocols, including personnel, entry/exit rosters, and staff identification, to ensure a secure workplace. * Supervise dining facilities, enforcing stringent food quality and hygiene standards to safeguard worker health. * Architect fire safety measures, conducting regular evacuation drills and monitoring PPE usage to prevent accidents. * Liaise with government agencies, such as DIFE, the Labor Office, and local police, to secure licenses and facilitate inspections. * Resolve employee disciplinary matters and grievances in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policy, promoting a fair and just work environment. * Stay up-to-date on various audit standards, including BSCI, BETTERWORK, SEDEX, WRAP, and HIGG, to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
