Senior Manager / AGM – Industrial Engineering (IE)

* Spearhead Industrial Engineering initiatives to propel factory efficiency and productivity in the Dhaka factory * Architect and implement strategic plans to optimize factory operations, driving continuous improvement and excellence * Conduct comprehensive analyses, including Work Study, Time Study, and Motion Study, to identify areas for method improvement and line balancing * Develop and maintain a robust SAM/SMV database to inform data-driven decisions * Drive factory capacity planning and manpower optimization to maximize resource utilization * Monitor and analyze key production KPIs, including Efficiency, Output, DHU, and Line Utilization, to identify opportunities for growth * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising, to achieve shipment targets and operational efficiency * Design and implement optimized production layouts and workflows to minimize bottlenecks and maximize output * Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to foster a culture of excellence * Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and improvement action plans * Lead, mentor, and develop the factory's Industrial Engineering team to drive skill development and knowledge sharing * Ensure alignment with buyer productivity expectations and operational standards, maintaining compliance and driving business growth
