Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead business development initiatives, guiding the team to exceed growth targets and drive high-performance results
• Architect and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and capitalize on market opportunities
• Uncover and capitalize on new business prospects in design consultancy and engineering, driving expansion and revenue growth
• Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and international organizations
• Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads through market research, networking, and direct client engagement
• Own and direct the tendering process, from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring seamless execution
• Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring technical and financial excellence, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, driving commercial success and revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional client service, managing communication and ensuring long-term satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with client needs and business objectives
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, identifying opportunities for growth and strategic advantage
• Ensure compliance with government and international project regulations, procurement procedures, and regulatory frameworks
• Represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and networking forums, elevating brand visibility and reputation
• Build and maintain a strong industry network, supporting business expansion and partnership opportunities
• Analyze and report business development performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management, driving data-driven decision making
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal quality, client engagement strategies, and business development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Foster a high-performing, client-focused team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and exceptional results

Additional Requirements
- Only Male
- Extensive experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and end-to-end bid management
- Proven track record in client coordination and relationship management
- Strong familiarity with local and international project environments
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best business practices
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage complex tenders and large-scale project submissions independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and CRM systems
