Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the identification of fresh business prospects and drive their development into tangible opportunities • Craft compelling proposals, tenders, and client presentations that win deals and foster growth • Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential, to expand the business network • Uncover key market insights and stay ahead of industry trends through meticulous research and analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction • Propel sales momentum by tracking leads, pursuing prospects, and facilitating successful deal closures • Contribute to achieving ambitious departmental sales targets and fuel business expansion • Develop and deliver data-driven reports that showcase business development performance and inform strategic decisions

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), or equivalent qualification
  • 5–8 years of experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and client coordination
  • Familiarity with local and international project environments, including basic understanding of donor-funded and government projects
  • Good understanding of industry standards and business practices within engineering or design consultancy
  • Experience supporting bid management and assisting in end-to-end tender processes
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support project alignment
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Working with Govt, corporate or multinational clients will be an added advantage
