Sales Executive (Student Recruitment)

* Spearhead outreach efforts by regularly visiting schools and colleges to showcase Prodigy's programs and services * Drive student recruitment by onboarding and guiding students through the International Recruitment Program (IRG) * Design and execute promotional campaigns, including distributing marketing materials and conducting awareness initiatives * Foster relationships with parents by presenting program benefits and converting inquiries into enrollments * Build and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions by engaging with teachers, counselors, and school authorities * Represent Prodigy at education fairs, seminars, and campus events to expand the company's presence * Manage daily sales activities by maintaining detailed visit reports and following up with potential students * Exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets by leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills
