* Empower students with personalized counseling to achieve their international education goals
* Spearhead visa application and documentation processes, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences
* Navigate clients through country selection, highlighting opportunities in top destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe
* Develop and deliver targeted interview preparation and coaching to maximize visa success rates
* Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular follow-up, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their study abroad journey

- Fluent in spoken and written English & Bangla
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of study abroad procedures and English proficiency tests
- Good typing speed
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new visa policies and systems
