• Drive inventory management by maintaining and updating the Stock Report to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Spearhead local licence and depot deed updates to guarantee compliance and seamless operations. • Facilitate timely reporting to the Head Office, including cash collection, feed sales, and bank deposits, to inform business decisions. • Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring secure and efficient collection and bank deposits. • Architect and implement production schedules, planning, and processes to optimize output and quality. • Develop and execute Feed Collection Plans that prioritize quality and efficiency. • Manage labor, delivery, and resources to ensure streamlined operations and minimize waste. • Monitor and adjust delivery schedules as needed to meet changing demands and priorities. • Foster strong relationships with dealers and marketing officers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Maintain a current and accessible feed price list to support informed decision-making. • Serve as a liaison between Head Office, factory, and departmental teams to facilitate communication and collaboration. • Collaborate with department heads to implement company policies, achieve goals, and drive success. • Analyze production data, including transportation metrics, to identify areas for improvement and optimize daily operations. • Apply knowledge of FIFO and LIFO inventory management methods to inform stock control and minimize losses.
