* Deploy and configure comprehensive surveillance systems, including cameras, digital video recorders, and power supplies, in residential and commercial settings. * Drive system reliability through proactive maintenance, inspections, and testing to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality video feed. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including camera malfunctions, cabling problems, and recording errors, to minimize downtime. * Architect and manage network configurations, including IP camera setup, protocol establishment, and data storage optimization. * Lead system design and upgrade initiatives, assessing site-specific security requirements to inform camera placement and technology recommendations. * Manage detailed documentation of system maintenance, repairs, and configurations to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and audit compliance.
