* Spearhead setup and operation of cutting-edge AV equipment, including LED walls, projectors, and lighting rigs, to deliver seamless event experiences. * Drive live event success by expertly monitoring and adjusting sound levels, video feeds, and lighting cues in real-time. * Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues, including audio, video, and connectivity problems, to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted events. * Champion equipment maintenance and inventory management, conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and testing to ensure optimal performance and tracking inventory levels. * Architect and manage cable infrastructure, ensuring secure connections, configuring AV systems, and setting up video conferencing solutions. * Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical needs, provide personalized support, and communicate complex technical information in an accessible and user-friendly way.
