Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and responding to inbound inquiries
* Architect tailored CCTV solutions by analyzing client needs and recommending cutting-edge products, including cameras, recording devices, and video management software
* Design and develop comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and drawings, informed by on-site surveys and client requirements
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of VIGI CCTV and similar product ranges
* Foster seamless collaboration with technical teams to ensure successful installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV systems
* Provide expert pre- and post-sales support, addressing technical queries and ensuring prompt issue resolution during project implementation
* Stay ahead of industry trends by gathering market intelligence on emerging technologies, such as AI and cloud solutions, and competitor activity
* Manage and maintain accurate CRM records, tracking sales activities, customer feedback, and new business opportunities to inform data-driven decision making
