Manager / Senior Manager – Production & Operations (MS, GI & Aluminum)

* Drive end-to-end plant operations, aligning production with supply chain and inventory management to achieve production and delivery targets * Architect and execute production plans, optimizing resource utilization and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity * Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operational flow across MS, GI, and Aluminum manufacturing functions * Manage and develop high-performing production teams, including shift supervisors, to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals * Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet customer demand * Analyze production data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency * Collaborate with Maintenance teams to minimize downtime, ensuring maximum equipment productivity and uptime * Develop and implement operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards * Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities, driving cost efficiency and process optimization across all operational areas * Foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations * Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery, dispatch, and quality of products, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth
